Returns and Exchanges:
Mistakes happen; that’s why pencils have erasers.
Since 1965 Acme has and continues to provide excellent customer service and our goal is for you to be happy with your order.
On the rare occasion there is a problem we offer a generous 60-day return or refund policy.
If you are having an issue email us at sales@keyscut.ca and please include:
- Your name and the order number.
- Please describe the problem.
We will contact you to resolve all issues you have with your order including replacement or refund.
